MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 lb. ground pork
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 tsp. EACH summer savor & thyme (Swedish meatballs) OR thyme & oregano (spaghetti)
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs

Combine all ingredients except the pork and beef; mix well. Add the ground meats and mix well. Form 1 1/2 inch balls and place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. The meatballs freeze well.

Put in spaghetti sauce over noodles; or 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 1 package onion soup mix and 1 1/2 cups water to make Swedish meatballs. Serve Swedish meatballs with mashed potatoes or noodles. Makes 2 meals; serving 4.
