CHOCOLATE CHIP CRATER CAKE 
2 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Combine biscuit mix, sugar, milk, egg and vanilla, beat on low speed until moistened, increase speed to medium, beat 2 minutes until smooth. Pour half of batter into greased 8 inch square pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over batter. Top with remaining batter, completely covering chips, stir together sugar, 1/4 cup biscuit mix, butter and cinnamon until blended. Sprinkle evenly over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely.
