1/2 c. butter
1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can mushrooms (may use more, if desired)
1 (20 oz.) bag frozen chopped broccoli (cauliflower can be added also), cooked and drained
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. red pepper (use sparingly, I use dried and it makes it quite hot so it can be left out)
1 chopped onion

Melt butter and Cheez Whiz together until blended. Add soup, mushrooms, onions and seasonings. Mix well in saucepan. Add broccoli or cauliflower. Keep warm when serving with Dorito chips, etc.
