8 oz. cream cheese
3 c. milk
1/2 c. soft butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip
7 oz. instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed

Beat everything but cookies together. Spread 1/2 crumbs in bottom of 9 x 13 pan or dish. Spoon cream mixture over crumbs. Then top with remaining crumbs. Freeze. Thaw about 1/2 hour before serving.
