MACARONI SALAD 
1 lb. macaroni (sea shells or penne)
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. carrots, chopped
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
6 hard-cooked eggs, sliced

Cook macaroni as directed; drain and cool. Then stir together with celery, carrots, onion and eggs.

Dressing:

1 pt. Miracle Whip
1/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard

Blend together, then fold into macaroni mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.

Makes 20 servings.
