EGGLESS OATMEAL COOKIES 
1 c. Crisco
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. flour
1/4 c. boiling water
3 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. pecans
1 c. chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients except nuts and chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
