1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour or cornstarch
Pinch salt
1 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. lemon juice

Mix together sugar, flour and salt. Add boiling water gradually. Put on fire and stir until thickened. Take from fire and add butter and lemon juice. That's all!
