IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
12 oz. can evaporated milk
1 can pumpkin
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Mix in blender 1 minute. Pour into greased pie plate, 9 inch. 350 degrees, 50- 55 minutes.
