2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

2ND:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. shortening
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water

Put ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil.

3RD:

2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Add this to 1st and 2nd mixtures and mix well. Pour into greased 12x18 inch cookie sheet with sides. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.

ICING:

1 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix butter, cocoa and milk. Heat in saucepan until hot. Pour over sugar. Beat and add vanilla. Ice cake while both are hot.
