BROCCOLI-RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. cooked rice
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped broccoli
3/4 (8 oz.) jar Cheese Whiz
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
Dash garlic salt
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Paprika

Set aside rice. Cook and drain broccoli. Heat together Cheese Whiz, soup, milk and garlic salt. Mix well with broccoli and rice. Put in large casserole and top with bread crumbs. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
