APRICOT BALLS 
1 1/2 c. dried apricots (6 oz.), ground
2 c. moist shredded coconut
2/3 c. Eagle Brand sweetened milk (1/2 can)
Confectioners' sugar

In large sized mixing bowl mix together apricots and coconut. Stir in Eagle Brand milk. Shape into small balls and roll in confectioners' sugar. Let stand in air until firm. (Makes about 40-48.)
