APRICOT BALLS 
1 1/2 c. dried apricots, ground
2 c. coconut flakes
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix and shape into balls. Roll in sugar to coat. Place in tight container and refrigerate for a week to blend flavors. When ready to serve, roll again in powdered sugar.
