NO CRUST PEACH PIE | |
4 or 5 fresh peaches, cut in slices 1 c. sugar 1 stick butter 1 c. flour 1 c. milk 1 tbsp. baking powder Cut up peaches, sprinkle with a little sugar and let sit for 20 minutes. Melt butter and let sit until ready to use. Sift together the flour, sugar, and baking powder and pour in a 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Add the milk, butter and peaches; stir. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until cooked through. |
