KUGEL (NOODLE PUDDING) 
1 lb. cooked wide egg noodles
1 lb. sm. curd cottage cheese
8 oz. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
1 cube butter, melted
5 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
1/2 c. white raisins (optional)

Cook noodles, drain. Mix sour cream, cottage cheese, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, sugar and optional raisins and melted butter. Butter large square or rectangle glass or metal baking pan. Pour all mixed ingredients over cooked noodles. Dot top with butter. Mix, pour into baking pan. Bake approximately 45 minutes at 350 degrees until top is golden brown. May be eaten along with a meal as a starch. Serve hot or cold.
