NACHO DIP 
2 (1 lb.) boxes Mexican Velveeta cheese
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3 tbsp. picante sauce

Melt cheese in double boiler under medium heat, brown ground beef and drain. Add ground beef to melted cheese then stir in sauce. Let simmer until ready to use. Serve with tortilla chips and if desired, tomatoes, onions and olives.
