1 lb. ground beef 1/4 tsp. salt 1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. sour cream 2 c. cheddar cheese, grated 2 c. French fried onions 1 med. onion, chopped Cook beef, breaking up into pieces. Add chopped onion; drain fat. Combine remaining ingredients except French fried onions. Place in casserole. Top with French fried onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
