BREAKFAST TREATS 
2 lg. pkgs. cream cheese
2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 loaves white sandwich bread
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. sugar
Cinnamon

Mix cream cheese and 2 cups sugar with egg yolks until well blended. Trim crusts from each slice of bread. Roll each slice flat with a rolling pin. Spread mixture on bread and roll into a crescent. Melt butter and, in a separate dish, combine 1/2 c. sugar and a little cinnamon. Brush butter on crescent roll and roll in sugar-cinnamon mixture.

Freeze on cookie sheet and then bag for freezer. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, until just a light brown.
