BROCCOLI & CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
2 1/2 c. broccoli (flowerets)
2 1/2 c. cauliflowerets
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
1 c. sliced pimiento stuffed olives
1 c. HIDDEN VALLEY® buttermilk dressing

Mix together and let set overnight. Before serving, add 10 to 12 cherry tomatoes, cut in half, 1 cup grated cheddar cheese and 1/2 pound crisply fried bacon.
