PEAR PIE 
1 No. 2 1/2 can pear halves
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. flour
Pastry for single pie crust

Line 9 inch pie pan with pastry. Drain pears; slice into pan. Beat egg yolks until lemon colored, add sugar, flour, salt, nutmeg, and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Stir in sour cream and pour over pears.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 to 55 minutes. Top with meringue.
