MARINATED LONDON BROIL 
1-2 lbs. boneless sirloin steak (or flank steak)
2 tbsp. bourbon
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. light brown sugar
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 sm. onion, thinly sliced (or garlic)

Prick both sides of meat with fork about 1/4 inch deep. Place in shallow glass baking dish. In small bowl mix all other ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally. Broil 4 inches from heat 7-10 minutes on each side, brushing with marinade.
