1/2 lb. ground pork
6 1/2 lbs. ground beef chuck
2 (7 oz.) jars pimientos, chopped
3 (10 1/2 oz.) cans consomme
5 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
3 (3 1/2 oz.) jars cocktail onions
2 (6 oz.) cans ripe olives, sliced
3 (3 oz.) pkgs. slivered almonds
1 (7 oz.) can Jalapenos, rinsed, seeded, and chopped
2 (15 oz.) boxes raisins
2 (8 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms
6 med. potatoes, peeled and cubed
4 lg. tomatoes, chopped
3 bunches scallions, chopped with some of the green tops
3 green peppers, seeded and chopped
1/4 can cayenne pepper or to taste
2 tbsp. garlic powder, or fresh, pressed
1 tbsp. oregano
2-3 tsp. salt
2-3 tsp. pepper
2-3 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. comino powder or seeds (more if desired)
