TOSTADA PIZZA 
2 tbsp. yellow cornmeal
2 c. Bisquick
1 lb. hamburger
3 tbsp. canned chili peppers
1 env. (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix
1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. lettuce, shredded
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
Taco sauce

Sprinkle corn meal on well greased 12 inch pizza pan. Combine Bisquick with 1/2 cup water. Mix into dough. Knead 5 or 6 times. Roll into 14 inch circle. Line pan and crimp edges. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes.

Brown and drain hamburger. Stir in chilies, taco mix and 3/4 cup water. Simmer uncovered 10-15 minutes.

Spread beans over crust. Top with meat. Bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Top with cheese and bake 2 more minutes. Top with remaining ingredients.
