MOCK MEATBALLS 
2 c. gluten
1/4 c. onion
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Tomato sauce
1/2 c. cheese
1 egg
1 beef cube
Pepper

Gluten is a wheat flour and water mixture. A highly nutritious meat substitute. To make, mix 4 cups wheat flour and 2 cups water; let sit. Rinse under water while kneading to get wheat germ out. Feels smooth and elastic - it will change colors in about 20-30 minutes. Dry out so you can run through meat grinder.

Boil 1 tablespoon oil and 1 cup pineapple juice for 2 minutes. Mix and add 3 tablespoons cornstarch, 1/2 cup water, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 3 tablespoons vinegar, and 6 tablespoons water. Add meatballs, ground pepper, and chunks of pineapple tidbits. Fantastic! You won't know it isn't meat!
