CHICKEN CONTINENTAL 
1 1/2 c. cooked cut up chicken
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tbsp. oil
1 can (13 3/4 oz.) chicken broth
1 pkg. (9 oz.) French cut green beans (or 1 can)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
1 1/2 c. dry minute rice

Saute chicken, mushrooms and garlic in oil 2-3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except rice and bring to full boil. Stir in rice, remove from heat. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
