6 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken, cut up
1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® converted rice
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can mushroom soup or 1 can cream of chicken
2 c. water

Sprinkle dry rice over 9x13 inch pan. Lay raw chicken pieces on rice. Combine dry onion soup mix, cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup, and water. Pour liquid mixture over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6.
