CRUNCHY ONION LAYERED SALAD 
4 c. lettuce greens, bite size pieces
8 oz. boiled ham, cut into cubes
1 red pepper, diced
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 bunch radishes, sliced or 2 tomatoes, diced
1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed and drained
1 can (2.8 oz.) Durkee French Fried Onions

In a 3 quart straight sided glass bowl, layer salad ingredients in order as listed. Serve with Ranch style or your favorite salad dressing.

Makes 4-6 servings.
