GRAND VALLEY PEACH BREAD | |
1 3/4 c. flour 2 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 c. butter 2/3 c. brown sugar 2 eggs 1 c. mashed peaches 1 fresh peach, chopped Mix dry ingredients. In another bowl, cream butter and brown sugar; beat in eggs and mashed peaches. Add dry ingredients. Fold in chopped peaches. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Makes 1 loaf. |
