GRANDMOTHER'S SOUP 
1/2 c. diced ham
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter and butter
1/2 c. chopped tomatoes (canned or fresh)
1 can bean with bacon soup
1 can vegetable soup
2 soup cans water

Brown ham and onion in butter. Blend in soup, water and tomatoes. Heat gently, stirring occasionally. Serves 4-6. Goes well with Oven-Buttered Corn Sticks.
