CHICKEN CARUSO 
4 skinned & boned chicken breast halves
Garlic to taste
Pepper to taste
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 (15 oz. or larger) jar spaghetti sauce
Italian seasoning
Grated Parmesan cheese (garnish)
Spaghetti, cooked (cook as much as desired)

Prepare spaghetti according to package directions, drain and set aside.

Cut chicken into strips or small pieces; sprinkle with garlic and pepper. Saute chicken in butter in a non-stick skillet 4 to 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in spaghetti sauce and Italian seasoning; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes. Serve over noodles and if desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
