BARBECUE PORKETTES 
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix the above items and simmer 20 minutes. Then add 1/2 cup catsup and 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce to the simmered items and bring to a boil. Place 6 porkettes or chops in oblong baking dish. Top with onion slices and pour sauce over. Bake covered in oven at 350 degrees for about 1 hour and 25 minutes.
