EASTER LEMON CAKE | |
1 box lemon cake mix 2 pkgs. instant lemon pudding mix 1 pkg. Dream whip 1/4 to 1/2 c. flaked coconut 1/4 c. sliced almonds Prepare cake mix according to directions and bake in 13 x 9 inch cake pan. Prepare lemon pudding mix according to directions. Cut cake in half and spread 1/2 of lemon pudding between layers. Prepare 1 package of Dream Whip according to directions. Fold it into the remaining lemon pudding and frost the cake. Sprinkle with the coconut and sliced almonds. Keep refrigerated. |
