PIQUANT PORK CHOPS 
4 boneless pork center loin chops, 1 1/2 inch thick
6 oz. frozen lemonade, thawed
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. stone ground mustard
2 tbsp. ketchup

For marinade, combine all ingredients except chops. Place chops in heavy plastic bag. Cover with marinade. Seal and refrigerate 4-24 hours. Grill over medium hot coals 12-15 minutes, turning once or broil about 5 inches from heat, 12-15 minutes, turning once. Makes 4 servings.
