PARMESAN SHRIMP DE JANGHE 
3/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. (2 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. green onion slices
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lg. cleaned, cooked shrimp
1/4 c. chopped parsley

Combine butter, cheese, bread crumbs, onion slices, lemon juice, garlic and salt. Place shrimp in 1 quart casserole. Top with cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Top with parsley.
