2 pkg. spiral macaroni, cooked
2 carrots, shredded
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2-3 ribs celery, chopped

DRESSING:

1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
2 c. mayonnaise

Mix together. Combine with other ingredients.
