BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
4 - 5 bananas
1 can pineapple
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 sm. bottle cherries
1 egg

Melt butter; mix with cracker crumbs. Put into 9 x 13 inch glass dish. Slice bananas over crumbs. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and egg; melt on low heat. Pour over bananas. Drain pineapple and spread over cream cheese mixture. Spread Cool Whip and cover with coconut and nuts. Dot with cherries. Keep in refrigerator. Serves 12.
