CHEESE TARTLETS 
3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/8 lb. melted butter
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
24 sm. tea paper cups
1 can cherry pie filling

Combine crumbs and butter. Place 1 teaspoon in each cup and pat down firmly. Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla until smooth.

Fill cups 2/3 full. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool and put on topping. Refrigerate and serve. Whipped cream on top if desired.
