PEACH FLAN 
5 peaches, peeled and sliced
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. almond extract

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter

Sift flour, salt, and sugar into 8 inch glass pie pan. Whip oil, milk, and almond extract together in blender. Pour over flour. Mix with fork until mixture holds together.

Press crust onto bottom and 3/4 of the way up the sides of the pan.

Arrange peaches in circular fashion over crust. Mix together topping ingredients, sprinkle over peaches.

Bake 40 minutes at 400 degrees.
