TACO DIP 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) Hormel No Bean Chili
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Chili powder, optional
Chopped onions, optional

Spread cream cheese on bottom of baking dish. Mix Hormel No Bean Chili with chili powder and onions. Spread mixture on top of cream cheese. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese evenly on top of mixture.

Microwave until cheese is melted or bake at 350 degrees 15-20 minutes until melted. Serve with tortilla chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
