SAUSAGE AND POTATOES 
3 tbsp. oil
1 pkg. Polish Kielbasa
6-8 med. potatoes, sliced
3/4 c. green peppers, chopped
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. garlic powder
2-3 c. water
2 tbsp. beef bouillon
1/2 c. onions, chopped

Heat oil in large pot. Add onions, green peppers, parsley and garlic powder. Saute. Add Kielbasa, potatoes, water, and beef bouillon. Cover. Cook at low boil until potatoes begin to soften. Remove lid so that excessive liquid evaporates and makes gravy. Stir frequently during cooking to avoid sticking.
