2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix butter and cocoa. Remove from heat and stir in sugar and beaten eggs. Mix well. Add flour and salt, nuts, and vanilla; mix well and spoon batter into greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
