1 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1 c. sugar

Combine egg and sugar until creamy. Add peanut butter. Spoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with the back of the spoon. Bake at 300 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. These cookies will not enlarge so the size you spoon them is the size they will be. Great for unexpected company and nothing in the house to serve.
