SPICED MEATBALLS 
1 lb. of ground beef
3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 tsp. finely chopped onions
1 tsp. finely chopped shallot
1 tsp. catsup
Few drops Tabasco
1/2 tsp. horseradish
2 well beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. accent
1 tsp. Parmesan cheese

Combine all ingredients. Shape into meatballs that are about 1/2 to 3/4 inch in diameter. This should make about 40 balls.
