FILLED COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 c. sweet milk
4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Flour (about 6 c. - until all is mixed)

RAISIN FILLING:

1 box raisins, stewed
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour

Mix this until thick enough to spread.

PINEAPPLE FILLING:

1 can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water

Bring the crushed pineapple and juice, sugar, cornstarch, and water to a boil, stirring constantly; cool.

Roll dough on flour pastry cover, use a doughnut cutter for cooking filling to chow. Filling is dropped by a teaspoon.
