BLUE BERRY TORTE 
20 graham cracker squares, rolled
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix and spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine and blend in bowl the following: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Spread over the crust and bake approximately 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Let cool, then spread 1 can blueberry pie filling over it. Keep refrigerated. Before serving, top with 1/2 pint of whipped cream.

Scald milk and pour over bread. Let stand for 10 minutes. Beat eggs, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and the vanilla together; pour over the bread crumbs. Melt butter - pour over mixture. Pour into buttered baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Serves 6.
