VEAL PAPRIKASH 
1 lb. veal round steak or use beef
3 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. chicken stock
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. paprika
Salt to taste

Dredge meat cut into 1 inch strips in flour. Brown, adding onion. Add chicken stock and sour cream. Add seasonings. Simmer 2 1/2 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
