BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lb. round steak
1/2 stick butter
2 cans mushroom soup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. sour cream

Sprinkle steak and butter with onion and garlic powder to taste. Cook until tender, then add soup, Worcestershire sauce, and sour cream. Simmer for 35-45 minutes. Serve with noodles or rice.
