TOP RAMEN SALAD 
3 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted
1 c. slivered almonds, toasted
1 med. head cabbage, chopped
4 green onions, scallions or rareripes
2 pkg. ramen noodles, chicken flavored

DRESSING:

3 tsp. sugar
2/3 c. salad oil
6 tsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 flavor packets from the noodles

To toast the seeds and almonds, spread on a cookie sheet in a 325 degree oven for 10 minutes. Let cool. Mix all ingredients except the noodles. Crumble them into the salad mixture 1 hour before serving. Serves 10.
