STUFFED BELL PEPPERS 
1 lb. ground turkey
2 egg whites (or use Egg Beaters or 1 whole egg)
2 c. bran flakes
1 onion
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 limb celery
1/2 c. picante sauce, if desired
2 cans tomato sauce
3 bell peppers
1 tsp. salt, if desired

Cut bell peppers in half and parboil in water with 1 teaspoon salt; drain. Combine ground turkey with other ingredients except tomato sauce. Arrange peppers in small baking dish or iron skillet. Stuff with meat mixture. Heat tomato sauce and pour over peppers. Bake until meat is done, about 1 hour at 375 degrees.
