BOCA GRANDE EASY RIBS | |
I've had folks ask for my secret recipe. Lots of fine barbecue sauces at the grocers. 2 to 3 lb. pork ribs 1/2 cup hot water your favorite barbecue sauce (I use Sweet Baby Ray's) salt and pepper, to taste Preheat oven to 375°F. Wash ribs and place in oven pan, single spaced. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in about 1/2 cup of hot water. Place an aluminum foil on top crimping it around edges. Don't poke holes in the foil. Bake at 375°F for 1 hour. Carefully remove foil and and spoon off any fat, pour on barbecue sauce, liberally. Put the foil back on loosely this time and bake for another 45 minutes.
