TOMATO AND ONION SALAD 
In a glass bowl, slice ripe tomatoes. Cover first layer with fresh onion rings, a sprinkle of sugar, salt, and black pepper, a tablespoon of vinegar and 1 of oil. Repeat layers until you have enough, ending with onion rings. Cover with Saran Wrap and let stand at room temperature for a couple of hours so the tastes and aroma can Burgeon. Easy!
